About My Dreams Foundation

At My Dreams Foundation, we strive to empower the dreams and change the lives of persons living with a disability.

Founded in 2024, My Dreams Foundation is non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that advocates for inclusive programs and services in our community.  

Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of disabled individuals and their caregivers. From our volunteers to our board members, everyone at My Dreams Foundation is committed to our mission and the community we serve.
